My apartment is designed to offer flexibility for all types of travelers, from groups of friends to families. Sleeping arrangements (up to 4 people): • Sleeping Area: Private bedroom with two single beds arranged in an “L” shape, ideal for those traveling with companions but wanting their own space. There is a dedicated TV. • Living Area: Bright living room with a comfortable sofa that quickly converts into a queen-size bed, perfect for couples. Here, too, you will find a second TV. Amenities included: • High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. • Dual Smart TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) for ultimate relaxation. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet two-story condominium, offering convenient access and no internal architectural barriers. Arrival instructions: Access to the property is via an external gray gate. Once you go through the gate, you will find the brown door of the condominium on your left. The apartment is located immediately to the left after entering through the main door. For those traveling with their own vehicle: Guests can use the inner courtyard, which is ideal for loading/unloading luggage or for those who wish to park their motorcycle or bicycle in a sheltered and private area. Other things to note Tourist tax: Please note that, in accordance with the municipal regulations of Mandello del Lario, guests are required to pay an accommodation tax of €2.00 per person per night (for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights). Children under 14 are exempt. The tax must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Documents: As required by Italian law, upon your arrival, we will ask you to present a valid government-issued ID (ID card or passport) for the mandatory registration with the State Police’s “Alloggiati Web” portal. Collecting Differentiated: Inside the apartment, you will find instructions for the proper disposal of waste in accordance with the municipality’s regulations.
