The house is fully equipped for your comfort: Capacity: 8 people Bedrooms: 3 main bedrooms Additional sleeping space: A comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms Kitchen: Separate and well-equipped kitchen Enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the valley For your comfort, air conditioning (reversible) is available: One unit in one of the bedrooms One unit in the hallway serving the two other bedrooms. One unit in the dining room. Please note: Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms. 3. Outdoor Amenities Your private pool is the heart of this outdoor space. Enjoy a large, secluded area. Pool Heating (Optional): Available from April 1st to November 15th (supplement of €190 per week). Requests must be made at least one week prior to arrival. Complete garden furniture, including sun loungers. Large barbecue available for your summer evenings. The villa boasts an exceptional location, combining local immersion with easy access to Andalusia's major tourist attractions: Two local restaurants in Los Ventorros are a 5-minute walk away and accessible without a car. Comares is a 10-minute drive away. Visit the Moorish village (bars, restaurants, mini-market, tobacconist) and enjoy the three via ferratas and the 400m zipline. Beach: 35 minutes by car. Torre del Mar beach. Malaga: 40 minutes by car. Discover the museums (Picasso, Pompidou, Automobile), the Alcazaba, the cathedral, and the famous Malagueta beach. The Caminito del Rey is also easily accessible. Nerja/Frigiliana: 50 minutes by car. Explore the Balcony of Europe in Nerja and the beautiful village of Frigiliana. Granada: 1.5 hours by car. The Alhambra, a must-see. For complete transparency, please note the following conditions: Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of 300€ (cleaning) is required upon arrival. Minimum Age: The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Pets: 1 Pet is accepted upon prior request and our approval. Cost: €50 per pet. Heated Swimming Pool: €190 per week. Air Conditioning (Package): A package of €30 per week is included. Usage beyond this package will be charged (average: €1 per hour). Long-Term Rentals: For stays longer than 28 days, electricity is charged at €0.35/kWh. Guest access Private house only for the guest and his group. Other things to note One dog is allowed for an additional non-refundable fee. Please ask for details. There is a refundable cleaning deposit of €300, payable on arrival. The person making the booking must be 25 years of age or older. No events/parties are allowed in this house. The heated pool is open from 1 April to 15 November. The use of the heated pool has a cost of 190 euros by week to pay on arrival. Air conditioning cost: 30 euros per week is included in the price, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro per 1 hour depending on the temperature you set. Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) do not include electricity, gas and pellets for the pellet cooker, if you wish to use this. Electricity is charged at 0.35 euros per unit/kw and you can buy pellets or gas bottles from your caretaker.
