This beautifully maintained three bedroom bungalow sleeps six, stands on a unique 0.75 acre site which has direct frontage onto the scenic beach at Tullagh Strand, just outside the popular village of Clonmany. The house is set in beautifully manicured gardens which lead onto a large raised private decking area with uninterrupted views and access to Tullagh beach. We have a beach view bar area and a beach hut with a small dining and kitchen area. We also have a play park and football pitch. The space This is an ideal place to stay if you wish to visit the Historic Walled City of Derry - the 2013 City of Culture. Tours of the city and booking of events can be arranged. This house is the place to stay if you enjoy hill WALKING as we are located next to some of the most beautiful walking trails in Donegal. If you come to the beach house you can enjoy some great FISHING on the beach below the private decking area. The decking area has a lovely beach view bar and also a beautiful beach hut with a small dining and kitchen area. We also have amazing uninterrupted views over Tullagh Bay .There is also a gate which leads directly onto the sand making this property an ideal place to holiday with young children. We also have our own private playpark and football pitch . The house is ideal for GOLFERS as it is only a five minute drive to the world famous Ballyliffin golf course! SURFERS would love this house as some of the best waves can be found at Tullagh beach at the end of the garden! This house sleeps strictly a maximum of six people . The owners own holiday home is situated in the grounds of the Beachhouse. Guest access Car parking covered seating area playpark football pitch and private beach front decking with gate opening directly onto Tullagh bay beach. Other things to note Short stays are priced at £250 per night a minimum of a 7 night stay will ably at certain times of the year.
