Cosy flat with fabulously comfortable beds - ideal for a couple or 2 friends. It is self-contained with its own entrance. Accommodation: - Large bedroom which can be made up as 1 super-king bed or 2 single beds - Smaller living/dining room - Hall - fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. - Large bathroom - shower over bath. 2 minutes walk to Bruntsfield with bars, cafes & shops. Walkable to city centre & train/tram Haymarket. Earlier check-in by enquiry. No smoking/vaping inside please. The space Choose between 1 super kingsize bed or 2 single beds. The flat is very smart, the beds are very comfortable and we think you'll love the central location. We can make up the bedroom as two twin beds or one super-king bed, please message which you prefer with your booking. We provide towels and toiletries too. Please note that there is no sink, cooker or stove/hob in the kitchenette, you need to wash dishes in the bathroom a couple of metres away. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery etc. You can eat at the dining table in the living room. There are also two armchairs, a TV and a blu-ray/DVD player. No smoking/vaping inside please but there is a private yard outside. Guest access This is a self contained flat so you have your own entrance and there is one bedroom, living room, bathroom and a small kitchenette situated in the hallway. We have one free parking space suitable for a normal car (but potentially not a larger vehicle) which you can use but please mention this when booking. Other things to note We are happy to accommodate one child and one adult, or a couple with a child in a cot. However the property is not big enough for a larger family. The property is all on the ground floor level, but there are a few steps to reach the entrance from the street. No smoking or vaping in the property please. Our prices include 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy on booking from 24 July 2026 (when levy is introduced). Levy is only charged on first five days of the stay.
