Gull's Nest is a stone's throw from the sea with wonderful views of Lyme Bay's famous Jurassic Coast, including Golden Cap with dramatic Portland Bill beyond. Situated in the heart of Lyme Regis' old town, amongst the cafe's, bars and shops, the flat is only a short walk from the popular Marine Parade and the famous Cobb. There is no parking at the flat but there are several inexpensive car parks nearby. The space Gull's Nest is a sunny and comfortable top floor flat with double aspect windows to each room taking full advantage of far reaching sea views to the front and to the back, taking in the historic museum and the Guildhall. The flat consists of a short flight of stairs leading to the sitting room with a bay window overlooking the sea - a perfect place for breakfast! The well appointed kitchen also has room for dining with a hatch opening into the sitting room. There is no washing machine but there is a launderette nearby. The bathroom has a full size bath with an overhead electric shower plus a heated towel rail. The bedroom has ample storage space, a comfortable king size bed, and windows on both sides, meaning you get a partial sea view from bed! An idyllic view to wake up to. Guest access The flat is on the top (second floor) of a Georgian house and is not appropriate for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.
