Chill zone

The apartment is on the third floor in a nice and quiet building which means quiet serenity if you would like to have moments of peace. The living room is spacious , two bedrooms and kitchen with a shared bathroom. You basically have access to the whole place, but you could also take some time off in your room for some time to yourself. The space My kids, 11 and 8 stay with me part time… They are a mix of cultures, and they are used to being around guests... they have done that ever since they were toddlers. We are not sensitive to noise so do not worry about waking us up in the night, just go about your business :-) Our morning routine normally starts at 07:00 hrs and we would be out by 08:00 hours. We always consider our guests during this period but we are not dead silent... the coffee machine shall bubble and the microwave oven shall probably be on too and there shall be some activities in the bathroom too. (Unfortunately, I can not shush the kids for your beauty sleep but we normally keep it low). I believe in trust and hope that you, my guests believe in the same… that being said, the doors to the bedrooms do not have keys. Incase you feel uncomfortable about this, then this listing is probably not for you:-). Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the apartment, apart from my bedroom, that I some times share with the kids. We share the kitchen and bathroom... It would be nice to take good care of these spaces since they are basically the heart of the apartment. If you smoke, please do it out on the balcony or downstairs on the street level. NO DRUGS PLEASE! During your stay Since I mostly live alone, your company is most welcome, unless, you’d like to take some time off to have quiet moments to yourself… I am very easy with everyone… so lets chit chat about anything and everything! Feel free to inquire about anything that is not described in the listing, especially if you took the time to go through the info :-) Other things to note For those who would be driving, street parking right outside the building is your go to in therms of parking. It used to be free over the weekends but not anymore. One can use parking apps like EasyPark or Parkster for the duration you’d be around. The other option is to pay directly at parking terminal around the corner.
