House on the ramparts, overlooking the valley

Photographer's house, built on the city walls. The view from the living room overlooks the Gartempe valley, The entrance and kitchen towards the newly renovated church. Discover Châteauponsac, pearl of the Gartempe, by sharing this house close to the historic districts, the so-called Roman bridge and the Roman road. Many hiking trails nearby from the house and the very nice Terra Aventura caches will let you discover our beautiful area! The space the entrance, the living room and the kitchen are on the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms, one on the mezzanine, as well as the bathroom (shower and bathtub) are upstairs. 1 140 cm bed, 1 160 cm bed The beds are made upon arrival, the towels are at your disposal. When the weather requires it, the house is heated upon arrival, then the heating is your responsibility (the house is very well insulated). It's a pellet or wood pellet stove that heats the house. Pellets are the responsibility of the guests, 8 euros per bag used (or replacement of bags used). Guest access The ground floor and the first floor are just for guests. It is possible to park your bikes in the entrance. Other things to note The bedrooms and the bathroom are attic, one of the bedrooms is open to the mezzanine. Service fees include linens, duvet covers and pillows, towels. Beds are made upon arrival. In winter the house is heated when you arrive. *** Please feel free to message me if your dates are not open in the calendar *** Housekeeping must be done upon checkout. In case you don't want to do the cleaning, I apply a fee of 60 euros. For winter: a pellet bag allows the house to be heated for 3 to 5 days.
