The property as a whole includes a main building and another apartment, Il Leccio, located about 50 meters away. The property offers a 360° view of Lake Trasimeno, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets rich in color. The apartment is located within the agriturismo estate, surrounded by gardens and plants. Independent and with large green areas available to guests, it is fully equipped with every comfort inside. The tranquility, the beautiful view over Lake Trasimeno with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and the local traditions will guarantee you complete relaxation. The various activities we offer include walks, excellent opportunities to enjoy local cuisine nearby, or simply relaxing in our panoramic swimming pool. La Bicocca is located in the municipality of Passignano sul Trasimeno, in the Colpiccione area, just 1 km from the village of Castel Rigone, at about 600 meters above sea level on the hills overlooking Lake Trasimeno. Guest access The seasonal outdoor swimming pool on the property offers a wonderful view of Lake Trasimeno (not heated). Free private parking is available on site. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Other things to note A shuttle service to and from the airport and train station is available upon request and subject to availability. Costs vary depending on the arrival location in Umbria. Please inform us of your expected arrival time. Bed linen is changed weekly at no additional cost. For younger guests, a high chair and a travel cot with mattress and anti-suffocation pillow are available. The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights.
