The space El Acebuchal is a small village located in the heart of the Sierras, Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama natural park. El Acebuchal was abandoned after the Spanish Civil War by all its inhabitants in 1949 and then rebuilt in 1998 after 49 years of abandonment by the Garcia Sanchez family, who are my in-laws. They decided to restore the village and now we can offer the tranquility and harmony that we give to our customers. A rural accommodation in the mountains away from stress and noise that is located 12 km from Cómpeta, 6 km from Frigiliana, 12 km from Nerja and 50 km from Malaga Capital. Acebuchal is surrounded by nature, foxes, wild boars, mountain goats and a variety of plants and flowers that give off an incredible smell throughout Acebuchal. It also has a beautiful chapel called Capilla San Antonio el Acebuchal since 2007 to be able to visit it. For those who love hiking, it is a wonderful place to do routes, one of the highest peaks is Cerro Lucero, 1720 m high. On the first floor you will find a single bedroom equipped with heating and furniture to store your things next to it there is a large and spacious living room for play and relaxation area. It is followed by another double bedroom with a closet and heating with an exit to the Village and a small terrace to enjoy the beautiful views. We have 1 floor with a play area for the little ones. On the second floor there is a large kitchen equipped with a table for 6 people with all kinds of appliances and utensils such as coffee maker, juicer, toaster, ceramic hob, blender, dishes, covered glasses, even dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave etc and the living room equipped with all kinds of appliances such as flat screen TV and satellite channels. Free WiFi throughout the house and a fireplace with an exit to the large terrace with a meeting table, barbecue and a totally private pool next to beautiful views of the countryside and all the nature that surrounds it. Between both floors is the bathroom with towels and a large shower, heating and equipped with appliances such as a hairdryer and garden views. Finally, you will find a guardhouse with a single double bedroom overlooking the pool and very charming and cozy furniture. Other things to note Please note that it is in the middle of a natural park in the mountains. You have to take into account that there will be a 1 kilometer 700 meter stretch of unpaved road that is generally always in very good condition since it is a very visited place with a lot of rural tourism and homemade lunches in the restaurant El Acebuchal.
