My Casa Azahar Costa Blanca between sea and mountain

Casa Azahar is a large and bright house from the 1930s, completely renovated in 2016, decorated in an Arab-Andalusian style. Located between Valencia and Alicante, in a lush valley of orange trees, 15 minutes from the beaches and mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people, with several different spaces and atmospheres to coexist easily without stepping on each other! Leisure, relaxation, well-being, movida, culture, nature... stays for all tastes and all ages. The space With its double orientation, crossing, the house is bright: a south facade on the patio side and a north facade on the street side on the village. The house is very pleasant in every season, without neighbors, facing the mountains on the south side. It offers several different spaces and atmospheres to coexist easily without stepping on each other's toes! Located in the heart of the village, but quiet, opposite the grocery store and 50 m from the bakery and restaurants. The neighborhood is welcoming, friendly, discreet and respectful. Adsubia is a village of 650 inhabitants that is part of the Valencian Community. Life there is sweet and pleasant, and the inhabitants, mostly Spaniards but also French, Germans, English... live in a welcoming, friendly and warm atmosphere. Life is organized around many amenities: the beautiful outdoor swimming pool (late June to early September, entrance €1 to €2 with snack bar), three restaurant bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, a medical reception, and a well-stocked grocery store are open all year round. Physical activities: a padel court, basketball, football, an outdoor fitness area, ping pong tables and petanque courts surrounded by olive trees... Eco-responsible, the village commits us to respect its environment, and offers a compost taken at each door 3 days/week, waste sorting, among others. 1 km away: Pego, a small town of 12,000 inhabitants offers all amenities, restaurants, health services, markets, tennis... Adsubia is located in a lush valley, between the beautiful sandy beaches on the east side, and the mountains with small picturesque villages to the west.
