A stones throw from Castle Combe, close to Corsham, Bath & The Cotswolds. A cosy and relaxing getaway, set in a quiet countryside location it is the perfect home away from home. Ideal retreat for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. All the essentials provided in the cottage for an easy breezy stay! The space Dove Cottage offers a perfect retreat in a cosy self contained 1 bedroom cottage (accommodating 2 + 1 (twin/superking bed as well as a sofa bed in the living area). You will be warmly welcomed into a boutique residence offering a calm, modern and spacious getaway in beautiful Wiltshire. Offering charming views from our farmyard in Wiltshire, you will be 2½ miles from Castle Combe, close to Bath & The Cotswolds. Dove Cottage is a single story spacious and homely self contained dwelling with exposed beams. Great care and attention has been placed on providing high quality furnishings with a chic country feel in light-muted tones. Conveniently located from the M4 (Junction 17) in the Cotswolds, Dove Cottage has a cosy bedroom, with luxurious Super-King size bed fitted with Egyptian Cotton linen. The bathroom consists of an indulgent shower, complemented with fluffy white towels. The open plan kitchen/sitting area allows for a comfortable and relaxing bolthole getaway! The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, an electric oven with hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, as well as a Nespresso machine. The kitchen has everything you should need to prepare your own meals. Just let us know if there is anything missing which you feel may be useful. The living area is has ample circulation space with a snug sofa (which also converts to a sofa bed if needed!) and an armchair to enjoy the peace and quiet, read or enjoy a delicious freshly made coffee. The cottage has been fitted with low energy electric radiators to keep you extra warm as the temperature dips. There is also a heated towel rail in the bathroom. There is a contemporary dining table with seating for 4 people. There is also an outdoor seating area where you may enjoy an evening drink watching the sunset. Guest access Dove Cottage is a self-contained cottage, separate from the main farmhouse, you therefore have the entire cottage all to yourself to relax and leave all your worries behind. There is ample parking and pretty views looking out onto the green fields. Check-in is typically from 4pm, however please do let us know if you would like to arrive earlier and we will do our best to accommodate you. Check-out is 10am. Once again, just let us know if you would like a later check-out and we will be as flexible as we can to help you. The front entrance of the cottage consists of one small step step up into the cottage. There is also one internal step going up from the bedroom into the bathroom. The kitchen, living area and bathroom are all open-plan living with level access and ample circulation space. The parking area adjacent to the cottage is level concrete. Other things to note There may be an extra charge for additional linen needed which is above and beyond the original booking. Please ask for more information if needed. If a booking is made for 2 adults, and linen for the sofa bed is also required, this may also incur an additional fee. Please call us if you would like to discuss this.
