Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Deauville, Honfleur, Cabourg and 30 minutes from the landing beaches. Ideal place with friends and family with all the amenities to accommodate babies or young children. Bed linens are provided. No parties or noisy events. Pet fee of 15 euros per night. The space The beds will be made upon your arrival. Quiet house with 6 seater Nordic bath all year round in self-service (mode of use on site).The 30m2 stay overlooks the garden with terrace on the south side. The kitchen is fully equipped,oven,refrigerator,toaster, filter coffee maker,Delhongi espresso coffee maker and filter,kettle, microwave,dishwasher,etc... The ground floor is completed by a bedroom with a bed 160*200 for 2 people and a bathroom and a toilet on the ground floor. The floor is composed of 3 bedrooms. The first with a 160*200 bed The second with 2 beds 90*200 The third with a bed 140*200 A bathroom upstairs with two basins and separate toilet. For baby a high chair, staircase barrier, umbrella bed, bottle warmer, bathtub, changing table. The terrace is equipped with garden table with chairs,sunbeds, pétanque court. Heated outdoor swimming pool June to September. A Weber BBQ (charcoal not included). 2 hours from Paris by the A13 motorway,we are 7km from Pont l 'Evêque, 10min from Villers sur Mer beach, 15min from Deauville,Honfleur and Cabourg. Caen with its castle,the Memorial of the Second World War is 35 minutes away . The landing beaches and Mont St Michel are about 1 hour away. Parties or events not allowed. Guest access We are in a very quiet environment, very pleasant green space. Parking Close to amenities (Intermarché, Leclerc Drive, fishmonger, bakery, caterer, pharmacy, etc.) and a very good restaurant in Pont l'Évêque or also pizzas to take away. Other things to note Bed linen is provided with one towel per person, beds will be made before your arrival. Pillows, duvet, soap, toilet paper as well as basic products in the kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, garbage bag, dishwasher tablet).
