Beautiful apartment upstairs of our house for 4 people and a baby. Close to all amenities, 150 m from the city center of Mouleydier. You will find nice walks to do on foot or by bike by the Dordogne. Located 7 km from Bergerac, 45 km from Périgueux and 60 km from Sarlat. This home is ideally located to visit our charming Dordogne, close to the vineyards, prehistoric sites and castles. The space 80 m2 apartment, for 4 people and 1 baby. - Two Bedrooms with double bed - A fully equipped kitchen - A living room with sofa and two armchairs, a flat screen - A bathroom, toilet - Pool area and relaxation accessory - Outdoor games for children - Parking, - Wi-Fi. Guest access Upon arrival, the gate will be open, all you have to do is park in the parking lot. The entrance will be through the main door of our house. Other things to note During your stay, bed linen and bath towels will be provided, some essentials will be available to you (cleaning product, toilet paper, paper towels...) You will have access to the swimming pool during the summer and the Garden, the play area is available for children. In your apartment you will have a fully equipped and private kitchen, however we offer breakfast. The washing machine can be offered to you for free, only the laundry will be provided. Before you leave, please leave the apartment clean.
