The apartment is very quietly located on the edge of the forest. The hiking trails start right behind the house. Wurmberg cable car and Kurpark are within walking distance. The space The apartment (about 50 m²) has recently been completely refurbished with high-quality furnishings and is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests (including children and toddlers under 2 years of age). There are two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. From the hallway you enter the 1st bedroom with a bed the size of 180 x 200 cm and a large wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom can be reached via the living room. It has a 160 x 200 cm bed and a small side cabinet. In the open-plan living/dining area there is a cozy couch and a dining area with 4 chairs as well as a large 46-inch smart TV with cable connection and a Playstation (PS3) with games and the possibility to play DVDs and Blu Rays. There are also some board games and books ready for you. Wi-Fi is available for free in the entire apartment. The comfortable fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 glass hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and many other useful kitchen utensils. The bathroom has wc, sink and shower. There is a shared basement for skis and bicycles in the house. Feel free to use our lockable private basement room. Guest access You have access to the large communal garden with a large covered wooden pavilion. In the house is a shared cellar for skis and bicycles. Feel free to use our lockable private basement. Other things to note The city of Braunlage charges a visitor's tax, which must be paid on site, in the amount of 3.05 EUR/day per adult and 1.70 EUR/day per child (children up to 6 years are exempt). Every second and other child of a family up to the age of 18 is exempt from the guest contribution. The guest card you receive allows you to use the bus lines for free! No pets allowed. Our apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Please note that the total number of guests includes children and toddlers under 2 years of age. Due to the size of our apartment, we are therefore UNABLE to accommodate additional children or infants. Laundry packages are available as an option and can be ordered directly from our housekeeping before arrival. Payment is made in cash on site. The cost is €25 per person. Otherwise, please bring your own bed linens and towels.
