A large living room/kitchen leading out onto a sunny terrace. There are two sleeping areas, one in a bedroom and the other on the mezzanine above this large room accessible by a ladder. My other rental proposal is close to the 2nd floor, both can be grouped. The space Because it's our home, we want to have a friendly exchange to see if we're in full confidence. We ask that you bring your own linens and towels. For 2 or 3, if you use only the mezzanine as a sleeping area, a reduction in the price is possible. Guest access You will have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room with the adjoining terrace. A hallway leads to a bedroom, bathroom and toilet. On the landing, and in the entrance on the ground floor, you can meet other guests who are in the separate accommodation on the 2nd floor and who will be passing through, and maybe we will stay on the ground floor. Other things to note You are entering our living environment, please take care of it. The message is that of a large apartment with large volumes, so it cannot be perfect as I can do on my other proposal. We have completely renovated this old building with quality materials. There are still details to be worked out.
