A perfect place for visiting the city and surrounding areas. Recently converted chalet bungalow with conservatory. This is a detached property with parking for 3 cars, garden and is a leisurely 10min walk into the city centre. The space Great things about this house; - large open plan living space downstairs with wood burner - downstairs shower room with WC - bedroom 4 which is on the ground floor can be used as a children’s playroom. - utility room with washing machine, additional fridge/freezer. -large master bedroom (view to cathedral) with en-suite large shower and free standing bath -conservatory leading onto garden Other things to note The property is accessed by a shared driveway so we kindly ask guests to be considerate of this. This is a family home. Please leave the house as you will find it; clean and tidy. Guests do kindly pay what Airbnb call a ‘cleaning fee’ that we have set to £50. This fee is towards the time it takes us to check, clean and prepare the house, change the bedding and do the laundry. It is not payment for us to clean up after you. Thank you for understanding.
