The space 2-room apartment of about 30 m2 of independent accommodation, single-storey, new, composed of a living room with open kitchen. A bedroom with a shower room overlooks the private terrace and the park. There is a trampoline and a zip line for kids to enjoy, in the shade, under the oak trees. Separate toilet. Possibility of adding an additional room (16 m2, see photo) for additional child's bed depending on availability (ask me when booking). This place is located on our land but its layout allows you to be quiet, next to our second home, but opposite our living space. We may also be away for the duration of your stay. Pellet stove heating for the winter season. Private and independent entrance. Parking. Remote-controlled gate. Amenities accessible by car (7 km from Parentis or Ychoux, and Biscarrosse not far away). Perfect for breakfast or an aperitif facing the ballet of pigeons and squirrels...
