The studio is fully equipped: kitchen, bathroom, bedding with bed linen (except bath towels which are at your expense) and is intended for 2 people. You will be in the heart of a Charentais village, located at: 10 min from Rochefort, 20 min from Saintes 25 min from Royan 30 min from the beaches The space The studio is for 2 adults (+possibly 1 baby/toddler) You have access to a part of the garden with table/chairs, ideal for breakfast in the sun Guest access You have access to the garden (outdoor table), ideal for breakfast! - kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) - living room (table, sofa) - sleeping area, large double bed (160 cm) (+ baby bed if necessary) - Italian shower, toilet NB: We do not have a TV, air conditioning or washing machine Other things to note NB: No washing machine (laundry 3 min away) or television For hygiene reasons, hand/bath towels are at your expense However, sheets and bed linen are provided.
