In a quiet area, you will find something to rest in the heart of the vineyards, take a breath of fresh air and nature to recharge your batteries. Single-story house, this cottage has three bedrooms, one of which can accommodate people with limited mobility. All the necessary amenities are at your disposal so you can have a pleasant stay. The space The cottage is located in the heart of the Bourgeais vineyard. It is very comfortable, quiet, not overlooked, in a cul-de-sac. The house is independent and the private pool is heated from early May to October. You have all the essentials for cooking. The beds will be ready. Towels are provided as well as kitchen towels. The home sleeps 8 people max. It is not possible to invite people in addition to the number provided at the time of booking without prior authorization. To respect the calm and charm of the neighborhood, no parties or events are accepted. For your electric vehicles, we have an outdoor socket that we can make available with a daily package. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire accommodation, a set of keys will be given to them so that they can access the accommodation by themselves upon arrival. Other things to note Shops are less than a kilometer away. You will find a bakery, pastry shop, deli, butcher, greengrocer, grocery store, and an Intermarché. Not to mention the two restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy and doctors. We accept pets, but we don't want them to be locked up all day, alone in the house. We prefer stays of at least 6 nights during the high summer period, thank you for your understanding.
