Since the smoking area is also located there, you may occasionally meet other tenants there. 🚫 A kitchen is not available. During your stay During normal business hours, you can find me in the carpet laundry in the back of the premises. Other things to note 🚭 Non-smoking house The entire house is an absolutely non-smoking property! Smoking is also not allowed outside the front door or with the window open. 🚯 Discarded cigarette butts pollute the environment and pose a fire hazard. 🌿 Outside, there is a covered area with seating for you to use. ⚠️ However, if smoking does occur in the house, there will be a €250 cleaning fee and the guest will be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund. 🍷 Alcohol consumption Please enjoy alcohol in a quantity that your body can naturally process. 🚫 Drugs & pets The use of drugs and bringing pets into the house are not allowed. 👟 Slippers Please use your own indoor shoes or the slippers provided inside the house. In the event of a breach, you shall be liable in accordance with Section 280(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB) for damages up to the full amount of the loss suffered by the injured party, provided that the breach was intentional or the result of gross negligence. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) for any damage caused, as well as for its repair or replacement. 💶 Accommodation tax The 7% lodging tax on the nightly rate (for the first 21 nights) is already included in the price.
