University of Bonn ca 10 min by bike. Other things to note The entire house is an absolute non-smoking house ! Likewise, it is not allowed to smoke in front of the front door or at the open window !!!! The discarded butts pollute our environment and favor fire hazards. In the outdoor area is a covered area with seating available. Should smoking still take place in the house, a cleaning fee of 250€ is to be paid and immediate move out will take place without refund of any remaining amounts. The consumption of alcohol is to be limited to the amount which would like to leave the body in a natural way. Drugs and pets are not allowed in the house. Furthermore, you are advised to use your own slippers or the slippers provided when entering the house. In case of non-compliance with this house rule, we reserve the right to charge a separate cleaning fee of 25€. The washing machine and dryer in the basement are subject to charges. A standard wash costs at least €2.50. Drying costs 0.50€ cents per 15 minutes. We would also like to point out that by booking you agree to the house rules set out in the advertisement. According to §280 ABS 1 BGB (German Civil Code), you are liable for any damage caused, its repair or the replacement of damaged items in the event of non-compliance.
