L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. The house was built in 1840 in a rural, small village which is nowadays still surrounded by extensions of beautiful vineyards and olive trees. Registered Number: PB-001090-43 The space The house has been carefully refurbished, trying to preserve its original features as much as possible in order to keep its beautiful atmosphere. It's a three-floor house with the bedrooms and main bathroom all on the first floor. All the bedrooms are different and that's what makes them special, beds, pillows and linens are premium quality in order to offer the best sleep. The house has an outdoor patio where you can seat for a meal or to simply relax. Other things to note A car is essential to access the house and to get around.
