Nice studio L for 2 by the sea with garden

The 1-room apartment with air conditioning is on the ground floor and is cozy and small (approx. 20 sqm), functionally furnished, for max. 2 people! The studio was extensively renovated in spring 2023 and is simple but equipped with everything you need. It is quietly located and can be reached via a separate entrance (with a small terrace) in the rear garden of our holiday home. The patio and loungers are available to apartment guests for eating and relaxing. The space OUR HOLIDAY HOUSE Our holiday house with three attractive apartments is located near the capital of the province of Sibenik, in the small fishing village of Zablaće, only 100 meters from the beach, and offers an ideal starting point for excursions and activities. Completed in 1998 and completely renovated in 2011/12, the house offers all the amenities of a luxury holiday home, including air conditioning. We would like to point out that, out of respect for our environment, hot water is primarily heated by solar energy. OUR SMALL HOLIDAY APARTMENT A one-bedroom apartment (approx. 20 m²) for up to two people is available from the back garden of our holiday home. The studio was expanded in the summer of 2006, and extensively renovated in the spring of 2023 and is well equipped: • Small kitchenette • Shower/toilet • Satellite TV • Terrace • Air conditioning Guest access An outdoor seating area behind the house, located on the edge of the forest, is also available to our guests. We offer free private parking on request and free bicycles to explore the surroundings. Upon request, we will gladly lend you our kayak for short boat trips. Other things to note Please note that for environmental reasons, hot water is heated by solar energy. Our house is surrounded by pine forest, garden and nature, so occasionally expect an increased number of mosquito bites. Mosquito nets are provided. Please also bring appropriate mosquito repellent, especially for children.
