The house is part of the "Terrazze della Luna" complex (Terrace of Moon), on a hill overlooking the marvelous Arzachena Gulf, the red stone mountain and the charming harbor of Cannigione. There's a sharing pool you can use to relax before or after the beach day. (The pool is open from June 1st till to September 15th) There's a nice patio with a huge dining table and a very relaxing chill out area to enjoy a drink at night and sunset. In the back of the house there's a big garden and a stone tower with breathtaking view. The house has a spacious living room with cable TV wi-fi internet, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (w/ oven , expresso machine and all you need for cooking a nice family meal). There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms w/ shower. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, very spacious closets and lovely view. The second bedroom has 2 separate beds, ideal for the kids. The beds could be also arranged to become a big Queen size bed for another couple. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a en-suite bathroom and also direct access from the back garden ! The big couch in the living room can be converted in a Queen Size bed for extra guests. The house is located in the cute little village of Cannigione, in the Gulf of Arzachena in the beautiful area of the North-East coast of Sardinia, You are just few minutes drive from the world famous white beaches of the Emerald Coast, near Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Baja Sardinia. it's the perfect home-base to explore the Northern part of the island and the Sardinian Mediterranean sea! From Cannigione harbor they organize day trips around the beautiful islands of Caprera, la Maddalena, Santa Teresa di Gallura. The house is on the hill just minutes walk from groceries shops, restaurant and the center of the village where you can enjoy a lively night life with the street market and bars / restaurants. The Airport of Olbia is just 20/25 minutes drive. Enjoy the comfort of having a nice intimacy but yet so close to all the amenities of the beach life !
