Modern apartment in the best quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes walk to Center Carmel to shops and places to eat. 10 minutes by car to the beach. Bus stop next to the house. Free street parking. Help in getting around Haifa and any other information. Limited use of kitchen for minimum contact with guests. The guest room is on the 2nd floor. Elevator to the main floor. One flight up, by foot, to the guest room. The space A large room, queen size excellent bed, private shower and toilet, private balcony with view to the Mediterranean, Fully air conditioned, free WiFi. in a beautiful new building in the best and most beautiful area in Central Carmel. Although it is very centrally located the apartment is very quiet. There is a radio in the room. No working televosion. I provide hair dryer, soap and toothpaste, linens , towels to use in the bath and towels for the beach. Walking distance to cinema, Concert Hall and other activities, 2 museums, Bahai Gardens, zoo, Carmelite underground and many bars, coffee places and restaurants. Across the street from the house there is a bus stop to all areas of Haifa, Central bus station, train station and beach (10 minutes). Train journey to Tel Aviv is 50 minutes. Acko is accessible by bus or train from Haifa (30-45 minutes). On the side of the house there is a bus to Hadar and Down Town and Grand Canion (for shopping). I live in the same apartment down stairs . Upstairs there is only the room to let. Full privacy but the entrance is through my living room. The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor with an elevator and free parking on the street. The guest room is one flight up by foot. Complementary coffee/tea and snacks any time. Use of kitchen is limited and has to be coordinated because I am using the same kitchen and try to have minimum contact with guests because of the corona virus which is celebrating here. I supply coffee/tea, bread and home made marmalade for breakfast. The room is generally for one female or a couple. It is possible to add a bed for a child. Guest access Guests have their own bathroom and balcony but can use also the balcony next to the living room and the kitchen for eating. During your stay The room is with full privacy and has a private balcony. Guests may access the kitchen and prepare light meals but should coordinate. There is a fridge for guests use only.
