Family house, located in the heart of the charming oyster village of Eguille sur Seudre and 50 meters from the small fishing port that gives it its charm. It is a privileged place for family or group vacations of up to 10 people. It is ideally located between the beaches of the Côte de Beauté (Royan, St Palais, La Tremblade, La Palmyre...) and the fine oyster beds in the marshes. The space On the ground floor, this 125 m2 village house includes a living room with an open kitchen overlooking a large terrace, an enclosed garden and a bicycle garage. Next to the living room you have access to a large back kitchen with a laundry area, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
