Rustic annex

Rustic Annex sleeps 1 to 2 people ( Dogs are welcome ). The apartment has small fridge and gas hob as we are off grid there is (no microwave, )and small eating area and sofa , separate bedroom room with large super king bed ,bathroom with shower , outside sitting area and a gas bbq ,, Ten minutes to the beautiful fishing village of L'Ametlla De Mar. (Please note the public road to house is tarmac with few bumps due to tree roots . ) The space Annex sits beside a traditional Masia (Farm House 150 years old). ,It benefits from a outside terrace with eating area and sofas to sit and chill out and take in the views. it's own front door giving you a private place to stay .and parking next to house , A welcoming place to chill and enjoy peace away from city life . Julie is happy to sit and chat with you and enjoy meeting new people and making you feel welcome ., large bedroom ,( king size bed) separate lounge with sofa , Tv and Wi-Fi and small kitchen ( kitchenette) bathroom , Also be nice for long weekend in the winter months to get away from busy life , as has a log burner , dogs welcome )the house is 10 /15 mins inland from Ametlla de mar Guest access Private entrance with parking for visitors cars.
