In the heart of the hinterland of Nice, this village house was entirely renovated in 2015. 4 bedrooms + roof terrace with summer kitchen to enjoy the view on the village and its valley all day long. The space South-facing, enjoy the roof terrace of the house with its kitchen and summer living-room which offer you a stunning view on the whole valley! The light from there is magnificent from morning to night. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall with a bathroom and separate toilets for the 2 bedrooms of the 1st floor (+ laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer). On the 1st floor, you will find 2 bedrooms (one room with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and another room with a double bed). On the 2nd floor, you will find the living-room with open kitchen. On the 3rd floor, you will find another bathroom with toilets, as well as 2 bedrooms (one with 2 bunk beds and the other with a double bed).
