Character house in the heart of the Jura vineyard

The charm of a 17th century house, the comfort of the 21st century! Old village house of 120 m2 completely renovated in 2019, and decorated with beautiful materials, family furniture, a piano. A nice fully equipped kitchen, and a nice living room with sofa bed. On the first floor, two independent bedrooms, the largest is 35 m2. A new bathroom on each floor. Ground floor terrace overlooking the private, wooded garden of 1500 m2 adjoining the house; fruit trees. The space The house is 120 m2, and opens directly into a very large garden that descends to the canal, lulled by the murmur of the mill's waterfall. The garden is divided into two, the first part is fully fenced, the second opens onto the Seille canal, with several fruit trees and magnificent ornamentation. We do not charge for the sheets or towels we provide. We include these fees in the cleaning price. We welcome small dogs under 10 kg provided they do not leave a trace of their passage :-) alas not cats Guest access Parking spaces in front of the house, in the alley, are very convenient. You can also park in the old barn, a closed garage with direct access to the kitchen. Other things to note The grocery store in Arlay, 50 meters away, is very well stocked, and will be of great service to you: it opens every day of the week, even on Sunday mornings! I am often asked: there is no capsule coffee machine but a filter coffee machine, as well as an Italian moka coffee machine :-) I had to increase my rate this winter, and set a minimum stay of 3 nights: the house is (well) heated with fuel, and takes 2 days to warm up after a few days without a host.
