Under ancient chestnut trees in a wonderful landscape, there is a big cotton tent placed on a large wooden terrace, with a breathtaking view. The tent has a diameter of 5 meters and is equipped with a bed for 2 persons, 2 single beds (if needed), carpets on the floor, electricity and water. The tent is guaranteed to be waterproof and the thickness of the canvas offers sufficient protection against the wind. In front of the tent there is a large terrace with a table, chairs and deckchairs. The space Podere di Maggio is an organic farm located in the south-east of Tuscany, in one of the most fascinating and authentic areas of the region. The surrounding landscape is fairytale-like, with centuries-old olive groves, chestnut forests, open fields and streams flowing towards the river. Here we grow olive trees, which give us a fine extra virgin olive oil, and centuries-old chestnut trees, which create a unique and evocative panorama, immersed in uncontaminated nature. Guest access Guests can enjoy the natural biopool, a laundry area, and outdoor spaces. The tent has a private bathroom and a shared kitchen with an individual refrigerator, just 40 meters away. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Other things to note We are very committed to sustainability and do our best to reduce our environmental impact. The houses have been renovated using eco-friendly materials, the water comes from a natural spring, and electricity is generated by solar panels.
