Very comfortable single room with large single bed

Furnished private single comfortable room with a large single bed for 1 person in a sizeable ground floor Edwardian apartment within walking distance ( 3 mins) to the various shops and cafes in Muswell Hill and the vibrant Broadway. There are supermarkets, restaurants, cinema on the Broadway and Alexander Palace or Ally Pally as we know it, about 10-15 mins walk. There is a gym within walking distance ( 2 mins). I would prefer non smokers. The space The room is furnished with a large single bed for 1 person, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and bedside cabinet. Bed linen and towels provided. Share of modern bathroom, additional toilet in utility room, use of fully fitted kitchen with microwave and Airfryer for breakfast and meals. Moderate/limited cooking of meals on the gas stove is acceptable. Tea and coffee can be provided at all times. Supermarkets are open till about 10pm to purchase breakfast items and also meals which you can warm up using the oven, Airfryer or microwave and have your meals in the kitchen/dinning room. No smoking in the flat and the area around the flat. You may watch some television programs in the living room. Moderate use of washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a cost for the use of the washing machine and dryer. (£7.00 each wash) Guest access Guests have moderate use of the kitchen. Moderate/limited use of the gas stove for cooking . They can have use of the microwave and the Airfryer to prepare meals. They can have use of the dinning table occasionally for other activities such as working on their computer etc. They can at times share the living room to watch some tv programs. Bathroom and second toilet is shared with the host. During your stay I am retired, easy going, so will be around to offer lots of information about the area, give advise and guidance for travel, places to visit, where to eat locally etc Other things to note Only registered guest allowed to stay. You will be provided with bed linen, towels and hair dryer.
