Spacious villa located in a residential area, perfect for relaxing and resting. Ideal for family vacations, large groups, with capacity for 9 adults and 2 children. Pets are allowed. Located in the Monachil neighborhood, there are many restaurants and outdoor activities in the area, such as the Cahorros route. It is 25 km from Sierra Nevada and 10 km from the Alhambra and downtown. Perfect for summer with a private pool and barbecue area or in winter with a fireplace and enjoying nature The space Outside there is a private pool, barbecue area and terrace with wonderful views of Granada. The ground floor has a large living-dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All beds will be equipped with sheets and blankets, we also provide towels for our guests. Apart from the fireplace, the house has central heating. We have the possibility of access for people with reduced mobility but it is not complete, so it would be good to contact us if this is your case to give you more details about the services available. Guest access The house will be at your complete disposal. Features a pool and a private garden. Other things to note The house is in a residential area. I recommend coming by car. There are many things nearby that you can do, but due to the unevenness of our mountain village Monachil, it will be more comfortable by car. We provide complimentary firewood in the winter season, with the idea that when they arrive it will be possible for our customers to light the fireplace, if they need more we will inform them of where to buy it near the house.
