My retro-style house consists of 4 autonomous 2-level studios, Suitable for 1-2 guests (23m², elongated layout). Each studio has its own bathroom (bath, sink, toilet), kitchen area with fridge, microwave and kettle, orthopedic Ikea mattress 140/200/10 on the second floor. I am happy to offer you: clean bed linen (not made), a set of towels (replacement on request, every 4 days), hairdryer, TV, internet (Wi-Fi), iron in the common area. The space PARTIES AND NOISE ARE PROHIBITED AFTER 10pm in the studio and in the courtyard. Located in the very center of the city - between Nevsky Prospekt and Neva, the studio is in a quiet, peaceful courtyard. Early check-in (before 2 p.m.)/late check-out (after 12 p.m.) is possible if technically possible. It is discussed and paid additionally. Late check-in and accommodation (AFTER 10 p.m.) is possible upon discussion before booking and an additional payment of 1500 rubles No pets allowed. No smoking! For the safety of guests, a camera is installed in the common corridor. Friends, from 23.00 to 9.30, please keep quiet, as someone may be resting next to you.
