River View Annexe offers you accommodation in a tranquil rural neighbourhood with river views and country charm. The layout is best suited to families as access to and from the 2nd bedroom is from the main open plan bedroom. Local amenities include: Belfast City (P&R bus within 3 miles) Hotels - Hilton, Dunadry and The Rabbit. Belfast Int Airport Parkgate village (1 mile away) - Spar shop, chippy, bar, Chinese t/away The space River View Annexe is accommodation above a double garage attached to our bungalow. Guests have their own private access door leading to a hall and stairs. At the top of the stairs you will find kitchenette facilities - tea/coffee, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, fridge, iron and ironing board (no kitchen sink or cooker). This then leads into a large open plan master bedroom (king size bed, tv and dining area). The second bedroom (2 single beds) is only accessible from the master bedroom. The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms. This layout is best suited to families and couples. Guest access Garden and patio area with chairs. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, however, children should be supervised at all times due to the river which surrounds two sides of the garden.
