The modern designed 200m² villa is located at the top of a hill near the entrance of Saint-Florent. It features a panoramic view of the bay, a nice garden and 4 bedrooms ( 8 guests ) all leading to a big terrace made of tropical wood facing the sea. The village center with its marina are five minutes away on foot. You will find numerous restaurants and convenience stores ( grocer's shops, drugstores, bakeries, bars & cafes, boutiques,...), and many leisure activities among others water sports. The space The modern design villa is located upon a hill facing the sea at the entrance of Saint-Florent. The back of the house gives onto vineyards, the maquis and the Nebbiu cathedral surrounded by a majectic mountain cirque (Monte Stello). You will enjoy breakfast or a nice glass of wine ( preferably from the area of course ) on the terrace, letting you contemplate the horizon unfolding before your eyes. Then you'll only have to choose between crystal waters beaches (Lotu, Saleccia, etc..) and going dicover Corsica, its culture and its gastronomy by the road or following the numerous footpaths running along the coast. Guest access You will have access to the whole property except for the basement.
