Our 3 BD house is located just 10 minutes from Kissamos town. Situated in a quiet neighborhood in Karefyliana village, surrounded by olive groves and with a shady beautiful patio and lovely round above ground pool, it is the perfect base if you want to visit Falassarna exotic beach, Balos Lagoon and Elafonissi beach! The space The house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. It provides anything families, couples or friends might need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday! It has 3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, 2 bathrooms for your convenience, an open space living/dining area with fully renovated kitchen and equipped with a kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, oven and top-stove, dish washer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing system. The house also offers WiFi and 1 flat screen TV with satelite service. A baby cot for young children can be provided free of charge upon request. The highlight of the house is the balconies and the lovely patio with outdoor furniture that offer great sea and mountain views! A dining table and chairs for 6 people are available to enjoy your meals. • Kitchen Our kitchen is fully renovated and equipped with all electrical appliances (kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster), kitchenware, wine glasses, fridge, stove top, oven and dish washer. • Outdoors Dining table and chairs in the big balcony and patio, plus sunbeds for you to relax under the sun or under the shade and by the brand new round above ground pool!
