Our drivers are totally trustworthy, they know the place, so you will avoid waisting of time and inconvenience. They charge 40€ from the port. 3. if you prefer to use the bus please be very careful. There's only one bus that passes through Orkos and you absolutely need to ask the driver to stop at APRICOT HOTEL. Then you can follow the instructions at the ARRIVAL GUIDE with pictures. Often bus route takes much more time than at the timetable so be patient and prepared for possible inconvenience... CLEANING 😎🧼🫧🧹🚿 BALCONY & YARD Cleaning is really important for us and especially at the difficult period of the pandemic. Our experienced housekeeper follows anti-covid19 protocol using chloride to protect our guests from possible infections. But please keep in mind that the house is situated into a garden, in between of an earth path and an earth street. Also remember that at Orkos, Naxos wind speed is always between 5-8 Beauforts 🌬️🌀 Therefore even 5 min. after cleaning the yard may be full of leaves, flowes and earth again. Please understand that this is not a housekeeper's cleaning mistake but a natural result of a natural phenomenon, since you chose a house situated into a natural landscape. CYCLADIC HOUSE SITUATED INTO NATURE Please keep in mind that Orkuoise is situated into a natural ecosystem at the foot of a EU Natura protected area at Naxos. As we, humans, have "invaded" to the animal's territory, at the yard you may see insects (flies, bees, lady beetles, ants, mosquitoes, grasshoppers, spiders, beetles, scorpions) which may enter your apartment or animals (rabbits, cats protected by NaxosPaws, mice, turtles, snakes).
