3 bedroom and a summary kitchen on the ground floor that will allow you to make a coffee or a tea, to heat milk on 3 electric plates, to toast bread in an oven but no fridge or stove for the moment The space We live on the first floor but the ground floor offers three individual bedrooms, a terrace entrance/lounge area, a small kitchen , access to the garden on the north side and the terrace on the south side. Guest access washing machine and dryer in the small kitchen that will allow you to drink coffee , reheat a dish in the oven, heat a little milk on an electric hob but , be careful, no fridge (freezer nearby), or gas stove. During your stay always available to answer the phone, or text, often absent on weekends Other things to note You will find the necessary autonomy but we will always be available if needed
