The space The house is located in the very center of the Golden Triangle, where almost every building is a historical value and is under the protection of UNESCO. All the most famous sights of Parade St. Petersburg are within walking distance - Palace Square and the Hermitage 5 min walk; Arch of the General Staff, where a beautiful collection of impressionists 5 min, Palace Embankment and the famous drawbridges - 2 min walk. Also in a 5-minute walk from the house there is a marina, from which in summer you can get on Meteor or a boat to Peterhof and admire the famous fountains, a walk to Peterhof on the water will be only 30 minutes. Also, numerous sightseeing boats depart from the marina, offering various walking routes along the rivers and canals of St. Petersburg. A minute's walk from our apartments are the famous Church of the Savior on Blood, Mikhailovsky Garden, Russian Museum and Nevsky Prospekt. If you are traveling by car, a parking space is at your service in a closed and guarded courtyard. Despite the fact that the apartment is in the very center of all tour routes, you will always be fenced off from the city's noise and hustle and bustle, as the windows overlook a quiet Aptekarsky lane, which has no active traffic. Our two-level apartments have undergone a quality and design renovation. All furniture and appliances are brand new. At your disposal are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a spacious living room area with a large, folding sofa. One bedroom is isolated, the second is on the second level above the living area. The beds have orthopedic mattresses and hypoallergenic blankets and pillows; quality linens. The bathroom has a Bosh washing machine and a full set of laundry products. A few sets of good, soft terry towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with new Bosh household appliances. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker. There is a complimentary coffee and tea. You will also find all necessary for cooking - gas stove, pots, pans, kitchen utensils. All tableware is brand new. The apartment is equipped with a self-contained gas water heater, so there are never any hot water outages in the house. We have created absolutely all conditions for a comfortable stay - high-speed wi-fi, 2 large plasma TVs Sony and Pioneer, cable TV - 140 channels, (including channels in German, French and English). The apartment has a good Pioneer audio system, a collection of audio and video DVDs. Especially for you, we have collected a good library of Russian and foreign literature: Dreiser, Tolstoy, Pushkin, Golsuorsi, Feichtwanger, Mark Twain and many others are already waiting for you. At your service is a closed courtyard and a gate with a remote, where there is always an opportunity to leave your car. Huge luxury :) The yard is closed, guarded, green and quiet. 2 minutes walk to Dvortsovaya embankment, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Peter and Paul Fortress, the arrow of Vasilyevsky Island and Rostral Columns and the famous drawbridges of St. Petersburg. There is also a marina on the Palace Embankment, from where you can take a speedboat to Peterhof. Or take river trams on the rivers and canals of St. Petersburg and see the city in a brand new way - from the water. There are a lot of great restaurants around the house. The house itself has a French restaurant Legran, 2 minutes to the view restaurant "Chinese liter" (on the promenade of the river Moyki), 3 minutes to the excellent Italian restaurant "Park Giuseppe". From May to October, we can organize a sailing boat trip on the Gulf of Finland for our guests.
