Located in a the beautiful village Beli Iskar, only 6 km from the ski resort Borovets, 20 km to great mineral hot springs resort and 50 km to the Seven Rila lakes, this cozy villa is a great starting point for your ski, spa or trekking vacation. The space The house features 3 bedrooms with double beds , 2 bathrooms , large open space living room, dining room and kitchen. The sofa in the living room doubles as bed for 2 more guests. Beautiful big garden, 2 outside sitting areas and BBQ will add on to your stay . You can park your car on the street or in a parking space inside the yard. Newly added private sauna to warm up after a snowy day in the mountains (10 BGN fee per day, if requested) Guest access I am flexible with check-in and check-out, depending on your arrival time and other bookings. There is a host of the house, who lives in the village and will meet you at the house. Short note in advance needed. Other things to note In winter months the house needs to be heated up around 12 hrs in advance, so you are warm and comfortable.
