Comfy couch for 1-2 people

IMPORTANT - This room is for WOMEN ONLY! As I moved recently I have not had time to change the photos but the apartment and set up are very similar ;o) Comfortable, sunny living room - just for you. Breakfast served ON REQUEST (€5.00 extra pp). Cafe/restaurants & supermarket within walking distance - others 5-10 mins by car. The fair (exhibition centre) & downtown are easily accessed by car or public transport. The space IMPORTANT - I just moved 3 streets away so PLEASE ASK for NEW ADDRESS when you have booked! (it will not show before that!!!) JUST FOR YOU - comfortable pull out couch in the living room with a table for breakfast - You may invite me and/or other guests to have breakfast with you if you wish - but it's not obligatory as they can have breakfast in their own rooms. Guests share a lockable bathroom with bath tub, shower and WC. Full breakfast can be ordered for €5.00 per person if desired. You can reach the Messe (Fair) in 10-15 minutes by car depending on traffic. With public transport, (bus/underground) it takes around 25-30 minutes but is fairly easy. Food stores and bakeries are 5 minutes walk away. An excellent mall is 10-15 minutes car/bus drive. Down town with museums, shops and restaurants is easily reached by car within 15-20 minutes, or by bus and SBahn. Special features to see, if you have time; Hitler stadium and exhibition, the castle, market, river walk, zoo! Please ask if you have any questions, otherwise I look forward to being your host!
