Ty'r Gof Barn is a pet friendly, beautifully renovated Blacksmith's Barn, in the centre of the pretty village of Llangernyw, in the heart of the Elwy Valley. The house is a short stagger from the award winning Old Stag pub and the village shop. Close to the Snowdonia National Park and the coast, both are a 20 minute drive away. Ideally situated for all the attractions North Wales has to offer, including ZipWorld, Surf Snowdonia, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Conwy, Llandudno, Betws Y Coed and much more. The space The barn has a really comfortable and cosy feel, with a wood burning stove and central heating. The downstairs is open plan and spacious with kitchen, dining area and lounge, and a downstairs family bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all with very comfy beds, including a superking in the master bedroom. The king size bedroom can be reconfigured to 2 singles if needed. There is a shower room and separate toilet upstairs. There are 2 enclosed outdoor courtyards, both with seating and tables. There is also a small field adjacent to the large driveway and parking area (6 cars). There is a boot room, laundry, drying room and doggy shower in the outbuilding.
