Large, PRIVATE bedroom available in the lower level of our home. Guests have access to a SHARED bathroom, SHARED garden and terrace. PLEASE NOTE: USE OF THE KITCHEN IS NOT PERMITTED 🙏 CHECK IN TIME: 6PM AND CHECK OUT BEFORE 10AM (Due to our other commitments, it is not possible to check in earlier than 6pm or check out later than 10am.) Our PRIVATE room with a SHARED bathroom is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. The room is tastefully decorated with a comfortable King-size bed, soft linens, TV with Disney+/Netflix and plenty of space to store your belongings and relax. We provide fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience, so you can pack light and still feel at home. Our SHARED bathroom is always kept clean and tidy, and we make sure to provide plenty of hot water for your showers. We also have a hairdryer and other amenities available in case you forget to pack something. You'll have access to our lovely garden and terrace where you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Our home is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the center of Lützelburg. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes in nearby Augsburg (15 minute drive) as well as easy access to public transportation. We're happy to provide recommendations for things to see and do in Lützelburg, Augsburg, Munich etc. and we're always available to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to welcoming you to our home! Guest access As a guest in our home, you'll have access to several common areas, as well as your private room and a shared bathroom. Our garden is a beautiful and relaxing space, where you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. It's a great spot to read a book, sip on a cup of coffee, etc. We have outdoor furniture available for your use, so you can make the most of this lovely space. We also offer free parking on our property, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot on the street. Our driveway can accommodate one car per room, so please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a car. Overall, we want you to feel at home during your stay with us, and we're happy to share our common areas with you. Just remember to be respectful and keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. During your stay We are excited to host you and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. At our place, we understand that everyone has their own preferences when it comes to socializing and interacting with their hosts. We are happy to accommodate whatever level of interaction you are comfortable with. If you're feeling social, we would love to get to know you and have a chat over a cup of coffee or tea. We can share our experiences and recommendations for things to do in the area, or just get to know each other better. On the other hand, if you prefer privacy and solitude, we completely respect that too. You will have a private room where you can relax and unwind in peace. Other things to note -We have 2 cats. They are not allowed to go into the Bedroom, even if there are no guests staying over. -Smoking is not allowed at all in the house or garden. -Food and drink is not permitted in the room but guests are free to use the dining space and all outside areas to eat and drink. -only the person who makes the reservation and their guest will be permitted to stay.
