Part 1: The main house: On 3 levels (staircase) on the hillside. It has 3 separate entrances. One entrance on each level. Very practical: allows a lot of independence within the same group of vacationers. This main house has: +1 family room (1 double bed + 2 single beds). +1 Asian-style bedroom (1 double bed with integrated open space bathroom). +2 kitchens: a veranda kitchen on one level with the lower garden (level 0), plus a kitchenette equipped on one level with the upper garden terrace (level 2). +2 dining rooms: a large living-dining room on the same level as the garden open to the veranda kitchen (level 0), plus a dining room overlooking the wooden terrace on stilts (level 2). +1 TV lounge (level 2): in a row with the dining room, then the large family room at the back. +2 bathrooms: one large (level 1), plus another integrated into the Asian open space room (level 2). +1 outdoor shower with hot water, in a nice open patio, very pleasant when the weather permits. +2 separate toilets with sinks (level 1 and level 2). +1 wooden terrace on stilts with hammock. This tea house has: +1 entrance. +1 large bedroom (king size bed 180 cm). +1 shower room with toilet. +1 other smaller bedroom (140 cm bed). +1 terrace (magnificent views of the Seine and its surroundings). . Security deposit & cleaning fee: The security deposit is included via Airbnb at the time of booking. The cleaning fee too, but on the condition that the premises are returned in a correct state, dishes done. But the beds are not to be made.
