Nearby beach in summer in the Loir. The space The accommodation is adjoining another rented one as well. The parking lot and access road are common, a privacy screen is present to preserve privacy. My place is located on the property behind the Airbnb, but there is no one opposite. PLEASE NOTE, the 2nd bed is a sofa bed (size in bed 140*190) which is in the living room. Please leave the space clean. Bed linen, tea towels, towels, toilet paper is included (I leave a minimum to help out when you haven't planned, a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, a dish towel, a hand towel in the bathroom). There are 2 duvets for 2 people and 4 pillows. There's a massage chair that I store in the bedroom closet. The accommodation is equipped with a large TV in the living room and another in the bedroom as well as Wi-Fi. For heating you have radiators. In summer, the good insulation of the accommodation keeps it cool, there is a fan. For those who will sleep on the sofa bed, the front door lets in the day through small opaque windows, there is a blackout blind for the night. You have a garden with tables and chairs for eating out. Quiet and green environment, suitable for walking. There are hiking trails on foot, by bike. Canoe ride in the summer on the Loir. Being in the countryside and not far from the Loire River, small animals such as mosquitoes, spiders or others may be present (summer).
