The apartment, 60sq metres lies in the heart of a green and tranquil Maremma. Newly restored, it has parking, an independent entrance, fully functioning kitchen and oven, TV, bathroom with shower and bathtub, one double bed and a fold up sofa bed. In the garden you will find a barbecue for outdoor dining and two bicycles for our guests to use. The area is perfect for nature lovers, with many trekking paths nearby. In the hot summer months the temperature here at 600m is just perfect! The space I am a professional dog trainer so you are most welcome to bring your dog/s with you, there is a closed garden and Andrea and myself will be delighted to welcome you.
