La Maison des Guides is located in Dolonne, a hamlet of Courmayeur. The apartment is on the ground floor, ideal for hosting families or groups of friends, our four-legged friends are also welcome! The entrance overlooks a small lawn, where in the summer you can sit and relax after an excursion in Val Veny or Val Ferret. In winter, however, you can devote yourself entirely to skiing, forgetting about the car. The Dolonne cable car is 500 m away. The space La Maison des Guides’s in Dolonne the district of Cormayeur. The apartment on the ground floor is ideal for hosting families or groups of friends, also welcome four-legged friends! It has 6 beds and wifi. The entrance faces a small lawn, inside a large dining room with a big rustic wooden table welcomes guests. The two green cupboards, the large and comfortable sofa bed, and the TV with DVD player complete the environment. The kitchen is small but well-stocked: crockery, dishes, pots, pans, cups, electric kettle, nespresso machine, microwave oven, toaster, electric food processor, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer. There is everything you need to spend short or long stays. From the kitchen you can access a common area that leads to a laundry room. There is a washing machine, sink, drying rack, iron and ironing board. It can be used as a storage area for skis in winter or for summer bicycles. This is communicating with the private garage. The recently renovated red color bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and WC. There’s a hairdryer and a small bathroom kit with a shower, shampoo and soap. There are two bedrooms: the first with two bunk beds, there’s a glass door that leads to the outer courtyard. The second has a double bed, and a spacious wooden wardrobe. All windows have blackout curtains. La Maison des guides is affiliated with several commercial activities of Courmayeur (see the Courmayeur guide on my profile). Guest access You can access the private courtyard by raising the automatic barrier, you will be given the key to open it. The entrance to the shared garages is just in front, you will have a private garage which is directly connected to the house. Other things to note CITY TAX From 1 May 2024, with the entry into force of the regional law of 18 July 2023, the obligation to apply the tourist tax also to guests of tourist accommodation has been established.
