Welcome to our lowely, new and comfortable apartment, near the beach, bus station and city center. The space A newly arranged apartment (45m2) is on hire in the vicinity of the beach Kolovare (10 min walking) and the old historical centre of the town ( 15-20 minute–walking). The nearest beach (Karma) is a 5 min walk away. In the range there is a bus station, taxi station, McDonald´s, the supermarket, the bank, the laundromat, the post-office, the restaurant. The apartment consists of a spacious living-room with kitchen, sleeping-room (with 2 separated beds) and a bath with shower, the capacity of 2+2 persons ( sofa bed (150x180 cm) in the living-room). Bed linen, towels, kitchen devices (water cooker, microwave oven, electric cooker, refrigerator), cooking and eating appliances. The apartment has its own entrance, its own spacious and sunny terrace with garden furniture. There is a gratis parking in the courtyard. Entrance to all the beaches nearby is free of charge. The use of the air-conditioning is included in the rate of the apartment.
