Villa Gregory I

Our villas are situated in the cosmopolitan village called Sivota, Thesprotia. Sivota is a seaside village "trapped" in a bay, with a bright green scenery surrounding it and also with an incredible blue color "embracing" it. It is a small paradise, which unfolds its beauties little by little, especially to those who will explore it from the sea! The space The two bright green islands that remind us of the Norwegian fiord, Agios Nikolas and Mayro Oros which are located at the entrance of the bay of Mourtos, are accessible only by boat. This bay took its name from a pirate who had made it his hide-out place. Only by boat are also accessible the beach Pisina (=pool), with its fantastic crystal clear water that reminds us of a real pool, together with Brella Vraka, one of the most beautiful beaches of Sivota which connects the land with the small island of Mourtemenos.
