A delightful, new and big studio flat for a couple with 2 children located on the ground floor in the shape of L .in a renovated villa 10 minutes from the sea. This studio is located right near the pool and near a nice wooden porch where you can have lunch; a fantastic view overlooking the pool-Gran Sasso will brighten your stay! if you are in 6 we will also give you a room with a connecting bathroom, so you will have a much bigger apartment! the beaches just 11 km away! The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful villa, is in practice a large L-studio of 55 square meters. with 1 double bed, equipped kitchen, 1 sofa with 2 single beds and piano in the TV area, a sofa, 1 bathroom with shower. On request, if you need an additional double room with an en-suite bathroom as to have 6 beds available, you can request it, we have a double room with a bathroom communicating with this studio; so you will have at your disposal a large apartment of 80 sqm. All the furniture will be Ikea style, very nice! The apartment is right in front of the pool and play area. The laundry area (8 kg washing machine) is located in an outdoor area and is shared with three other apartments of the same villa. Guests can dine outdoors using tables and chairs in the front garden. The apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. The outdoor area, gardens, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, solarium, gazebo, oven and barbecue are shared with other guests. The sea is only 12 km away., 24 km the mountain, there are games for children and adults (billiards and ping-pong table). Bicycles can be rented. This apartment is also suitable for the disabled. Our villa offering beautiful views of the Gran Sasso, the Maiella and the Gemelli mountains. Perfect to discover the hidden jewel that is the Abruzzo region of Italy and the nearby Marche region. Guest access If you do not request the second connecting room(1 double bed and bath), guests will be given only the studio with 4 beds and 55 sqm. (double bed and 2 single beds) Use of the common services: free use of the outdoor salt water swimming pool open from the 1st of April to the 30st September and heated by a solar system in the low season, gazebo equipped with the pool, various games (table football) is included for all guests and ping-pong table), barbecue and pizza oven, Jacuzzi. We can rent bicycles. Other things to note The owner lives in one of the apartments of the villas. The Orchidea apartment is part of a Residence of 2 villas with 6 apartments with pool and gardens to share. Available outdoor parking quiet right in front of the villa, for temporary special needs you may ask to park inside HOUSE'S RULES: Properly use air conditioning or heating to avoid excessive consumption, their cost, if used, is 7/euro per day.
