Amazing, child friendly house with large garden

Beautiful house, in a totally quiet and safe area. Free parking just beside the house. 2min to Tele2 Arena/Avicii Arena. 5min to the Fairs, 10min to citycentre. 5min walk to the metro. Family friendly. Sunny garden and loads of toys for kids. There is a swing in the garden, summer time. For older kids there is a XBOX in the basement room with lots of games. Again very welcome, The space Charming quiet house for rent in Stockholm. Perfect for families up to eight people. Large gourmet kitchen, two sleeping rooms on the upper floor (steep stairs), one bedroom on the basement floor (steep stairs) one living room with a sofa bed. Two bathrooms with toilets and showers. Beautiful garden, Superfast Wifi. 5min walk to subway. My house is perfect for kids of all ages. Very close to the Stockholm International fairs, Tele2 arena and the Globe arena. Welcome! 1 gourmet kitchen with a 90cm Smeg gas stove, dish washer and a large fridge. For rainy and chilly day days feel free to use the wood stove in the kitchen (logs included in the rent). In the basement there is a shower with sauna, a sink and a washing machine. There is a also a toilet in the basement. On the ground floor there is another toilet, a living room and a kitchen. Please note there is no drawers or closets in the house available for guests. Fast internet connection. Outside there is a sunny lush garden facing south with a large barbeque (logs is included in the rent) it´s 500m (0,3 miles) to the Metro (Svedmyra, green line) which takes you to the central station in 14min. It´s also 500m to a great supermarket with a large deli. Linens and towels is included in the rent. Welcome to Stockholm! Guests will have access to the entire house. I will not be in the house while i have guests renting. I can be reached by cellphone or mail 24/7 during your stay and i promise to solve any possible problems right away. I love my neighbourhood!, its quiet, safe, perfect transportation possibilities and friendly neighbours. Also 5min walk to a great supermarket and 15min walk to the Globe arena and Globen City shoppingcenter. pls note that no parties are allowed and its not permitted to have any guests in the house without permission from the host.
